Level 1-5 gives you the complete program to improve your abilities, like maximum strength, strength endurance and coordination. The programs will not only improve these abilities but will also build up muscle mass. Level 1-5 gives you a complete and progressive full body workout prgram, that builds your prerequisites for skills like Planche, Handstand Pushups, Front- and Backlever, V-Sit, One Arm Pullup, Human Flag etc. and includes direct skill training for those moves. In order to learn those skills and avoid injuries, you have to prepare your connective tissue. It has to be able to resist high stresses, so you should prepare it pretty well with slow and step-by-step progressions. This is exactly what the Level 1-5 program gives you. Almost 2 years of progressive and goal oriented training to build the best version of yourself while stay free of injury.
Even if you fulfill the requirements for Level 2 or 3 you should still start with Level 1-5, just because of the duration and to be able to prepare your body from the beginning. Start your self-improvement-journey NOW!

Sven is recognized by the state as a physical therapist and licensed fitness trainer. He is the founder of Calisthenic Movement and has trained Calisthenics since 2012. Sven is in charge of clients in personal training and leads group courses. He has over 10 years of experience as a trainer and holds Calisthenics workshops in the whole German-speaking area.
“El Eggs” is a degreed sports teacher, with an additional focus in nutritional sciences. He has trained Calisthenics since 2012 and is the founder of a Calisthenics & Parkour association in Leipzig. El Eggs has extensive experience in a variety of sports like Taekwondo, Parkour, Biketrial, and Tricking with experience that spans over 27 years. El Eggs has trained people for more than 15 years and helps clients worldwide with Online Personal Training and Nutritional Coaching. He holds Calisthenics & Parkour workshops in the whole German-speaking area.

What exactly is new about the program?
It’s a completely new program including completely new structure, completely new workouts and completely new contents. We have added even more different exercises which will bring more value to your training. Additionally, we have also increased the variety of the program and designed a completey new and even better to understand layout. Now, you can easily use it on your smartphone directly where you can fill out the evaluation sheets online in your own google sheet. We have increased the quality of the explanation videos which absolutely meet the highest standards of our recent youtube videos. You’ll find even more methods and specific skill training included, as well as an excellent preparation for that, to reduce the long-term risk of injuries.
How long do I have access to the course?

Do you teach front lever, muscle ups etc.?
In this program you will increase your strength and do several exercises for preparing skills like human flag, planche, frontlever, backlever, one arm pullup, muscle up, handstand and handstand pushups, v-sit and some others. You‘ll even get specific workouts for specific skills in the later levels. In the beginning you will also learn the basics like pushups, bodyrows, pullups, dips, squats, leg raises and so on. They are absolutely necessary for train the skills afterwards, successfully.
How long does it take until I get better?
This is hard to tell before as it depends on different aspects like your momentary level, your individual life situation, like having a lot of stress or duration of sleep, your coordinative abilities and so on. You normally should see some progress within about 6 weeks but just keep in mind that it can be faster or slower. If it is slower and you can’t fulfill the requirements for the next level you can also repeat your actual level.
